Stop markdown anchor links rendering on landing pages #274

The markdown additional renderer I've added adds anchor links and extra markup to the page for header elements.
This isn't needed on landing pages and makes them look messy.

If it's available, I could add a closure around the markdown library which gets the page frontmatter. Needs some investigation.
