The "Visitors" chart is not able to be read correctly

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Enter Admin mode
2. Navigate to the "Visitors" chart in reading mode and attempt to read it.

OBSERVED BEHAVIOR:
Once your focus enters the chart, the screen readers announce "graphic To get missing image descriptions, open the context menu" and once you use the context menu to get the image description, the description is the range of dates being shown on the graph, such as "09/14 09/18 09/21 09/24 09/27 09/30 10/03 10/06 10/09 10/14", but has no other information about the graphic.
