Focus not visible after tabbing past the end of Contents

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Click into any book
2. Open the MENU or CONTENTS submenus
3. Tab through the options until the focus wraps back around to the MENU or CONTENTS button
4. Notice how the MENU/CONTENTS button do not visually change from when there is no focus.

OBSERVED BEHAVIOUR:
When the MENU or CONTENTS submenus are open, the MENU/CONTENTS buttons are highlighted with green no matter where the focus is in the submenu, meaning that it is hard to tell when the focus is actually on these buttons.

With the CONTENTS submenu, it can be even more confusing as the current chapter that you are reading is also highlighted in the submenu, so most times there are two focus indicators in the submenu

This also happens for the My Notes, Annotations/Highlights, Appearance, Search, and Profile buttons

EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR:
Users should be able to visually a difference when the focus is on the MENU/CONTENTS buttons as opposed to within the submenu
