Automatically notifies you of RBLXWILD rains

Usage

Change in main.py <discord_bot_token> to your bot token <guild_id> to your discord guild id <channel_id> to your channel id that you want the bot to send the message in
Add roles to the guild with the name All, 10k, 25k. 50k, 100k Bot will ping these roles depending on how big the rain is
