Create a "global" reference set for a given clade (e.g., one species from each order or family) #8

Assuming we are going with families, this would require:

  • Getting all families for a given clade (e.g., vertebrates)
  • Searching Refseq for mitogenomes in each family and choosing one
  • For families without Refseq mitogenomes, search regular nucleotide database
