Using OpenMRS reports and OpenMRS data visualizer modules, create a monthly reports for the clinic team that will give:

  • The total number of patient under 5 year old seen within a specific month
  • The list of of drugs dispensed for patient under 5 year old (and their total for each of them) within a specific month
  • The list of of diagnosis given for patient under 5 year old (and their total for each of them) within a specific month
  • The list of of lab test completed for patient under 5 year old (and their total for each of them) within a specific month

Those reports should be visible in the data visualizer and also exportable as CSV/Xlsx

@michaelbontyes looks like there was an ongoing work to add the reporting functionality to the REST module and frontend, but was not yet completed .

check https://talk.openmrs.org/t/request-for-reports-o3-ui-openmrs-esm-reports-app-repository/41714/7

This is to work with the visualizer done by UgandaEMR

@michaelbontyes was the visualizer module was added to http://uvl.southafricanorth.cloudapp.azure.com/openmrs/spa/home server so i work on this.. I see it was merged. or it deployed by github actions CI?

The configuration file is updated since it was merged with my fork for data visualization and is available for everyone that has pulled from main.
https://github.com/MadiroGlobalHealth/UVL-EMR/blob/main/distro/configs/openmrs/frontend_assembly/reference-application-spa-assemble-config.json

However I see on the cloud did not have the last update from the main.

Actually the queries works fine for me with the report but nothing shows up on the data visualizer on the front-end. Looks like nothing is linked to it.
