Setup htaccess 301 redirects for old versions

Google searches are plagued with old, outdated versions of the documentation.
@DanGrayson please set up a .htaccess rule for auto redirecting to the latest page (e.g. removing -1.17 from the url should do it). Here's a guide: https://www.semrush.com/blog/301-redirect-htaccess/
