As a System Administrator,
I need the ability to update a counter to a new value,
So that any errors can be corrected.

Details and Assumptions

  • The value can be maximum 300

Acceptance Criteria

Given the value has been updated to a new value
When the counter is updated
Then the counter should return the new value
