As a System Administrator,
I need I need the ability to reset the counter,
So that So that I can redo counting from the start.

Details and Assumptions

  • The system administrator should be prompted to click yes if they really want to perform the action

Acceptance Criteria

Given the counter has been reset
When a request is sent for the new value
Then the counter should return the value 0
