Options menu prevents mouse camera movement when it's hidden

Exactly what the title says. When the menu is visible with /whud, you can drag it around at the top of the menu. However this functionality doesn't go away when the menu is hidden, which will prevent mouse camera movement. Here's a video of me exploring the bug.

I tested this on my old version, the newest version here, and the Road-block fork version. They all give the same results. I had no other addons enabled during these tests.

I don't experience this issue with other addons with a hidden menu, like Atlas. Maybe the code in that addon has a simple fix for this.
