We installed a LimeSurvey theme for a study, but observed an issue where the UI components of the theme do not function properly after pausing and resuming the study. Specifically, the slider (EQ VAS) stops showing a proper vertical slider. To restore proper functionality, we have to reinstall the theme. Additional documentation about the theme is attached for reference.
