As far as I can tell, the "features" of the edges have already been encoded perhaps the features have some meaning explained elsewhere but I could not find it The lack of features means it will make it a bit difficult to explain the model. For example, the model results might conclude "features 17, 44 and 67 are the most important contributors to model performance".
