Micapipe is an excellent tool for analyzing multimodal connection gradients. When I using micapipe to process my functional MRI. My data collection is based on HCP protocols, so the data type is HCP style data. ICAFIX noise reduction using HCP hp2000.RData as training, and found an error in ICA-FIX “No valid labelling file specified” for details about the run logs, see Attachment 1(01-procfunc_error_log.txt). My running code is shown in attachment 2(02-run_func_code.txt). This problem has been bothering me for many days. Hope to get your reply! Thanks for your consideration! 01-procfunc_error_log.txt 02-run_func_code.txt
