As mentioned by @orbeckst - the latest griddataformats release didn't pull down the right version for tests (could be a time issue or something).

What we can do is pull down the JSON file for the repo & check the upload time & also pick up the latest version whilst we're at it.

Then we can poll the tarball until it exists and then carry on with tests.
