If you are talking about the training annotation, I don't think so.
The conf scores in the training gts are all set to 1.0, just like DanceTrack. But the visibility scores will not be all 1.0.

Moreover, I think the visibility score has been abandoned in recent benchmarks, such as DanceTrack and SportsMOT, mainly because it does not truly represent the occlusion ratio (visibility ratio). The overlap ratio of the bounding box does not represent the real overlap of the object (in pixels).
