Lastest buildcraft vesion for 1.3.2 (3.2.0 pre 9)

If you look inside official bc version archive, you will see, that lastest version there for 1.3.2 is 3.2.0 pre 7. But it is not the lastest version for 1.3.2, lastest version is 3.2.0 pre 9. Some bc addons (for example, lastest logistics pipes) require this version of bc. In order to play with this version, you had to compile it by yourself, so it's insanely hard to find it today. File was taken from one russian modpack: https://vk.com/doc-40178492_133761573 . You should unpack archive into mods folder.
