Deep Linking - "id_token" is incorrect for the response parameter #4

According to the spec and the reference implementation, the parameter on the DeepLinkingResponse (https://github.com/andyfmiller/LtiAdvantageTool/blob/master/src/Pages/Catalog.cshtml.cs#L150 ) is "JWT", not "id_token". And at least as far as the reference implementation is concerned, casing does matter here.
