Add support of alternate links https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/189077?hl=en

Seems like we don't have much options except of extracting existing on page alternate links into sitemap.

Despite it seems like it's enough to have alternate links only on page, or only in sitemap, I think having both won't hurt.
