Implement Seeking Functionality to Jump to Specific Time in Song #8

I would like to propose the implementation of a seeking functionality in the library. Currently, there is no method to seek or jump to a specific time in the currently playing song. This feature would enhance the user experience by allowing users to easily navigate within a track.
