That's unfortunate. This is a very rare bug that I personally only have experienced when using an old version of GlosSI or when upgrading from an old version of GlosSI to a newer one. Is this the case?

Either way,

  • What version of GlosSI are you using?
  • Can you send the extensions.log file (located in the Playnite folder) and GlosSIConfig.log (located in %appdata%\GlosSI file?
  • Could you send what your shortcuts file looked like before the error occurred (in the data folder of the extension there should be a folder called Backup, in which you can find the file called shortcuts.vdf)? You can also use this file to restore your previous Steam shortcuts.
