Currently just outputting:
YOU DID NOT DEFINED A VIRTUALENV... THIS MAY BE NOT GOOD FOR THE PIP INSTALL TIME

It would be helpful to repeat the info from the README, something like:

Init the virtual env this way:
virtualenv venv
source venv/bin/activate # On Linux . venv/bin/activate
