[Feature] Filtering of all timesheets: Find "not invoiced"

Describe the bug
The filter in the "All timesheets" overview don't seem to work completely. There is a checkbox for selecting whether invoiced times should be displayed.
If this checkbox is selected, uninvoiced times are hidden. However, if the checkbox is not selected, both invoiced and uninvoiced times are displayed.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'All timesheets'
2. Click on 'Checkbox Invoiced'
3. See times with and without Invoiced Date

Expected behavior
In my mind, I change here whether I want to see one or the other. The goal is to only show uninvoiced times when it is not checked to create reports and invoices.

This is actually intended behavior. Otherwise it would not be possible to view all timesheets. The filter is:
Show All vs Show only Invoiced

With that said, I can see how it may be useful to have a filter that finds all "not invoiced" entries.

I'll reclassify this ticket as a feature request
