Add a "preview" button to baseplate down near "OK" and "CANCEL"

Hi,
The preview feature is very helpful, but a bit slow sometimes (understandably).

I think it may help to add a preview button that does a 'one time' preview generation when clicked (it wouldn't change the state of the preview checkbox). The button would be ideal down near OK/Cancel, if possible, because then it would then always be visible without needing to scroll. UPDATE: I notice that the Bin plugin has this (though it's not next to Ok/Cancel - maybe that's not possible). Baseplate doesn't have this button at this time.

This serves two purposes, sort of...

1. Enables a user to leave preview turned off, quickly make some edits and then click "preview" to see what it would do without 'committing' to it. Make tweaks if needed, repeat.
2. Gives them a place to click when they want the preview to update after changing a value (since even with preview checked, it doesn't update until the focus leaves the edited field.) This is not really much of a feature - but we'd get it for free anyway if the button was added.
