Feature: Add eth layer-2 support for EigenLayer restaking

Please provide the possibility of support for EigenLayer restaking on other eth layer-2 networks like manta , zksync, scroll, arbitrum network etc so that we can somehow interact with L1 and restake Ethereum from L2 side

Lower fees and adding more demand from the layer-2 community stakers and Injecting more hype into the ecosystem

Restaking depends on proving Ethereum consensus layer activities. L2 deposits cannot incur changes on the consensus layer.

However, Renzo Protocol is working on supporting this by encouraging L2's to support a ChainLink CCIP price feed oracle for their LRT and is at work building bridge integrations as we speak.

Currently only Arbitrum is supported, but more will be available very soon.
