[FEATURE] make a slider for padding in the homescreen

Last report I forgot to change ( did this feature existing lawnchair v2? ) so now this is the second one ( sorry lol )
Make a padding slider for the homescreen for the big invisible box below the homescreen to be shorter or lower for a bigger homescreen with all the widgets. It makes the experience better in my opinion

Why would it be useful to add?

Some people don't like big invisible boxes untouched with no space to fill it up with widgets like me lol

Did the feature exist in Lawnchair v2? (Play Store version)
