i got the following error
Can't load package C:\Users\Public\Documents\Embarcadero\Studio\18.0\Bpl\dclVCLOpenCV.bpl. The specified module could not be found.

and when i locate the folder path C:\Users\Public\Documents\Embarcadero\Studio\18.0\Bpl\dclVCLOpenCV.bpl

i already found dclVCLOpenCV.bpl

what could be the issue ?

well i have added all dlls in system32 and syswow64

also in windows 8 there is some dll you cannot replace in system32

the component is good but it needs some helpers in installation process
