the minimessage is cool and all but you cant give a user access to send colored message with townychat.format because it also lets them use hover message and even click runcommands wich is really dangerous. I suggest to add support for the normal & format with the same perms as normal townychat, if its not possible at least separete perms from others like or

I'll separate the perms for chat colouring but i'll not implement the legacy "&" chat formatting because I think that it's easier to use MiniMessage which will be the standard chat format in most plugin.

Tbh I dont see how typing <blue>World</blue>! instead of &3World&r! is easier, and most plugins support & and players are already used to it. Anyways, im glad to see this finally being worked on!
