在github上新建一个repository 然后在ruby上安装jekyll吗 之前安过几次博客都是阿里云服务器+wordpress动态的崩过一次后打算换成静态的 然后就是看到了您刚才发的邮件 然后想向您询问一下  newMemory Repositories

@newMemory jekyll是之前的技术栈，现在博客已经迁移到了 hugo，可以参考 这篇文章

大体就是三步：

1. 本地用 markdown 写文章，使用 hugo 构建
2. git push 到对应的项目，比如你应该是创建一个 newMemory.github.io 的项目
3. 评论使用 utterances
