Add custom palette for iOS

Suggesting the ability to add custom palettes to the iOS app. Same .sbp format is fine, would be nice if it could generate a palette preview like the pre-existing ones. If this isn't possible, maybe make the palettes folder accessible like on other platforms?

This is planned for the next major release, together with the Cocoa theme editor.
