Could this tool be used to remake dll mods like this one : https://github.com/ersh1/BG3_NativeCameraTweaks ?

It patch Baldur's Gate 3 executable to edit the behavior of the in-game camera, to allow more freedom in it's movement.

The game uses Vulkan afaik, not sure if MoltenVK or Metal
