It may be just Goldstone objects which have broken again but we are getting intermittent case of apparent doubling of objects, where one of the them (always the newer?) has a trailing space on the end and the other doesn't. Examples seen so far are:

5 recent examples found (others are from 2018); all came from Goldstone on 2024-04-18 so possibly/probably a badly formatted csv file on that day which subsequently got fixed.
Fix would be a simple .strip() on the target name...
