Our method for importing taxonomies and spectral type are outdated.
The PDS Small Body node has been updated since we pulled our taxonomies.
We also ave added the capability upload JPL object data.

The easy solution is to just pull the JPL taxonomies when we pull down other physical parameters.

We should link this issue to issue #546
They require similar implementation.
