未设置 dancePalette 属性时未正常渲染 #9

你好，我正在使用 Painter 组件，很好用！

但是 Painter 仓库和 PainterCore 仓库的组件代码不一致让我很苦恼，

Painter 仓库的提交比 PainterCore 仓库的更新，但存在问题，未设置 dancePalette 属性时不能正常渲染。

Painter 和 PainterCore 仓库的相对定位都存在缺陷，不能计算多个相对定位，不知道向哪一个仓库提交 Pull Request。

希望能确定一个仓库，保证两个仓库代码一致，方便提交 PR 和 Issue。
