I'm going to close this and try to rebuild the branch from the appropriate base. I did not realize it was based out of a years-old revision of the graphtools code that I had made in order to add compressed diffusion. There is a lot of cruft and things that are hard to make line up with the current master. |

The DM features were left over in an old branch of mine.
Need to write some tests for them.
