Homebridge as a service

Hello,
If homebridge starts as a service it only Initializing HarmonyHub platform and doesn't register plugin or any harmony hub activities, but if I stop homebridge service and start hombridge with
sudo /usr/bin/homebridge -U /var/hombridge -D
or if i run
sudo systemctl restart homebridge
all works fine.
Any ideas how to fix homebridge service startup?
