toggle whatever state it's in

Hi is it possible to toggle the switch whatever state it's in?

I normalt use my normal TV remote, so the Harmony hub never know if I have my TV on or off.

I would love to have the options just to toggle whatever state the TV is in.

So if the Harmony thinks my TV activity is ON, and it's not, but I have a HomeKit scene that wants to turn it on, It won't, because HomeKit already thinks the TV is ON!
