Integrate resty lua couchbase connector

Summary

As we all know there is only one good DB solution out there its couchbase so you sure want for your system critical infrastructure like service mesh that its managed and persisted in couchbase.

i found this project already https://github.com/ZigzagAK/lua-resty-couchbase and its working

now this will need integration into kong i am not a lua professional :( but on my first look it looks do able so if a lua coder is around i would be really happy if he could pick this up
