Makes it easier to manage if only we have one workflow that run both FE and BE tests and another workflow that will build and deploy both FE & BE. This will apply only for preview deployments as it won't be efficient to deployed a new version of the FE with new hashes if only the BE needs updating.

Scope change: this became more of a fix the workflows issue
