Repeated Unwanted Update Popup

Describe the bug
The app constantly checks for updates, which is good.
The app constantly pops up a dialog telling the user they are up to date, which is bad.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Execute the appimage (I assume it's the same issue installed as appimage)
2. Wait whatever the update check interval is...
3. See image above

Expected behavior
This popup should only be show if user initiates update search manually or if there's an update, not every time the interval expires on its own.
