When using this in 2020.3+ the HLSL has an error
Invalid conditional expression. at Assets/URP-PSX/Shaders/HLSL/CustomLighting.hlsl(5)
Leaving an issue here in case anyone wants to use this in 2020.3 LTS but there is a pretty easy fix:
#if SHADERGRAPH_PREVIEW
Should be
#ifdef SHADERGRAPH_PREVIEW
Changing that should allow it to work on 2020.3 correctly
