Currently passwords of database users are provided as plaintext string: https://github.com/Knappek/mongodbatlas-operator/blob/master/deploy/crds/knappek_v1alpha1_mongodbatlasdatabaseuser_cr.yaml#L7.

This needs to be changed and fetched from Kubernetes secrets.
