Extent can be raised/lowered while selecting command target #15

While selecting target for command (On battlefield), the command's extent can be raised like it can be in command select.

This involves a choice for what keys raise/lower extent, since a/d (Which alter extent in commandSelect) are used to rotate view while viewing field.
Also, isn't very helpful.
Therefore, punting this issue
