Breaking Ground adds the ability for docking ports to rotate about their docking nodes. This is probably unrealistic, but more importantly seems to cause significant phantom torque if a docking port with a positive alignment mechanism (e.g. docking petals on the APAS-75) attempts to rotate while docked. We should probably bulk-remove the breaking ground features from docking ports. I do not have Breaking Ground, so I unfortunately cannot fix this myself.

Another issue is that while the docking ports are in unlocked state, KJR can't form joints that cross that part and thus you get wet noodles.
