Breaking Ground adds the ability for docking ports to rotate about their docking nodes. This is probably unrealistic, but more importantly seems to cause significant phantom torque if a docking port with a positive alignment mechanism (e.g. docking petals on the APAS-75) attempts to rotate while docked. We should probably bulk-remove the breaking ground features from docking ports. I do not have Breaking Ground, so I unfortunately cannot fix this myself.
