Manualy place text/media panel in the world.

Currently text/media are only displayed at a distance of the trainee or on the wrist. Some tight scenarios where both hands are supporting weight do not allow a trainee to look comfortably at the panel. Adding a way to manually place undocked panels may help the trainee to see their instructions better.
