Keep marker centered and move map around it

I would like to move the map to determine the position of the maker, instead of moving the maker to get the latitude and longitude by manipulating the map.
I would like to do something like what is shown in the video below, but how can I achieve this?
We believe it is possible since it is the same Google map.
