tilt and rotation on new vector maps

I'm trying to use the tilt and rotation feature in the new vector maps.

I added a mapId to my useLoadScript and GoogleMap based on this:

I didn't get any errors, however, the map is NOT tilting.
Any ideas on how to get this to work?
