description on each field

Hello.
Before I start my question, thank you for your effort.

When I look at your csv files, the first line is the title of each field.
What I am most curious about is if the task number is the same, is it the same task regardless of round or year?
Or is it a different task if the year is different even if the task number is the same?
And the first field is empty, what is this for?

If there is a field of task name, it would be great.

Hello, sorry for very late reply.

First empty field is just index from pandas, nothing important, I will remove it in future.

Not sure if would be possible for older years, but I will try.
