When replace rabbitmq password in values.yaml (contrail-thirdparty), password don't changed
values.yaml
RABBITMQ_PASSWORD: "epnjQuBBuhGZZxK"

rabbitmqctl authenticate_user guest epnjQuBBuhGZZxK
Authenticating user "guest"
Error: failed to authenticate user "guest"

rabbitmqctl authenticate_user guest guest
Authenticating user "guest"
Success
