🐛 Bug: pnpm initialize should also regenerate all-contributors sponsors

Expected

After running pnpm i and pnpm initialize, a newly initialized repository should be fully set up - without any of create-typescript-app's contributors.

Actual

JoshuaKGoldberg/prune-github-notifications@8693bed still has the create-typescript-app all-contributors table in its README.md.

I had to manually run npx all-contributors-cli generate: JoshuaKGoldberg/prune-github-notifications@1abae2f
