Need some explanation around creation of new topics

Describe the bug
Under topics you can't edit the translated. We need popup help describing how to add language strings or a way to do that automatically. When you create a new topic it puts in the alias as translated but I don't think it changes the translation file xml

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Topics
2. Click on New
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error
